Shipping & Return Policy

Most items are made to order. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for production and additional time for shipping. Tracking information will be provided. During the summer months, orders are only shipped on business days (Monday-Thursday) to avoid potential long stays at the post office where your items could melt. Shipping five days a week will resume in October. At this time, shipping is only available in the US.

Candles are made in small batches and most are made to order. Curing of your candles takes approximately five days. Please allow additional time for curing if your order contains candles. No returns are accepted for candles, but will be replaced if damaged or stolen, for the same item only, if in stock.

Due to the nature of my products, returns are not accepted at this time. If any product is damaged during shipping, it will be replaced at no costs to you.
